Filmed on a Pattaya livestream? How to report it
Street and bar streams in Pattaya sometimes show people who did not choose to be on camera. If that happened to you, report it to the platform that carries the stream; PattayaStream only links to channels and hosts no video. This guide sums up what the platforms' own help pages and Thai official sources say. It is general information, not legal advice for your case.
Updated . Facts from official and platform pages, each linked below.
First, write down what you saw
Note the channel name, the platform, the date and the Bangkok time you appeared, and copy the link to the stream or its replay. Once a replay is saved, its link and timestamps make a report easier to check.
If you feel unsafe right now, call the Tourist Police on 1155 or local emergency services first. Reporting the stream can wait.
- List every timestamp where you can be seen.
- Describe what you were wearing or doing, so a reviewer can find you.

On YouTube: a privacy complaint
YouTube handles this as a privacy complaint, through the form linked from its Privacy Guidelines.
- The complaint should come from the person shown. YouTube accepts one for someone else only in set cases, such as a parent or legal guardian, a legal representative, a person without computer or internet access, a vulnerable person, or close family of someone who has died.
- You need to be uniquely identifiable: enough information in the video for others to recognise you. A first name without context, or a fleeting image, would likely not qualify.
- Give the video link, the timestamps of every appearance and what you were wearing or doing.
- YouTube may first give the uploader time to act. If the content comes down, the complaint is closed; if it stays up, YouTube reviews it. Making a video private does not count as removing it.
- YouTube says it does not share your name or contact details with the person who posted the content.

On Kick: report the streamer or the stream
Kick lets you report streamers and their clips, VODs and other content, as well as chat messages and other viewers.
- Click the username, choose the report option and the reason that fits, add details that explain what happened, and submit.
- For a livestream, Kick's guideline page asks you to email its support team with your reason, screenshots, timestamps, VOD links and clips.
- Kick says reports are kept confidential and the reported user is not told who reported them. It may not share the outcome with you.
- For immediate physical danger, Kick says to contact local emergency services first.

In Thailand: personal data and the Tourist Police
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) can cover clear footage of a person who can be identified, and being in a public place is not an automatic exception. People have conditional rights to object and to ask for deletion (sections 30, 32 and 33).
The Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) publishes official information on the law at pdpc.or.th. Its site did not open for our reader, so check its current contact and complaint channel there.
The Tourist Police hotline 1155 is available 24 hours a day with support in eight languages. The Thailand Tourist Police app also takes incident reports and requests for help.
- Not known: whether a particular stream breaks Thai law. That depends on the facts and is not something this page can decide.
- The Thai text of the law governs; English versions are translations.

How we check
Kick and YouTube checks run every 30 minutes. A live label requires a check at most 75 minutes old. Source rate limits can delay checks; other platforms and playback remain unverified.
We read public channel pages on Kick and YouTube. Live labels describe the dated check; other platforms may be live too. Areas come from channel information or past streams, not a travelling host’s current position. Usual start times are a guide from past streams. Content tags describe selected broadcasts; English-friendly refers to written information, not verified speech or chat.
